Morning Yoga

May Through September: Yoga at the Reflecting Pool
Free morning yoga is now over for the 2011 season.  But interested in staying healthy and enjoying yoga in America’s oldest public park?  Look for it again next year.  Appropriate for beginners and experienced yogis alike, classes are held weekly spring through fall. Drop-in only, with no advanced registration required, and the classes are free!   Our knowledgeable instructor Kyoungho Koh will guide you through a series of Power Vinyasa yoga poses. An accessible, athletic form of yoga that focuses on the value of both strength and flexibility in each pose. All levels of experience are welcome!
